Our Policy
We are happy to provide a refund for items returned in brand new, unused, and resell-able condition within 30 days of purchase (shipping charges are not eligible for refunds). Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Items must be in new, unworn condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Clearance items, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Any item that is damaged or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a refund. The refund will be processed within 3 days once the item is returned and inspected by us. There are no refunds or exchanges on wholesale orders. If an item arrives damaged to a wholesale ot retail customer, proof of the damage must be emailed to us with a picture within 48 hours of delivery to recieve a refund or replacement. If a package is lost, please contact the shipping company directly for the status or refund. By purchasing from us, you agree to the above terms.
